End User License Agreement (EULA) for Fast Cleaner App

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE FAST CLEANER APP ("APP"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

1. License Grant

1.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Fast Cleaner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

2.1 You shall not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App;
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by law notwithstanding this prohibition;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. Ownership

3.1 The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Fast Cleaner retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Privacy

4.1 Your use of the App is subject to Fast Cleaner's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Changes

5.1 Fast Cleaner may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, develop and provide updates to the App. These updates may include bug fixes, patches, and other changes to improve the functionality or security of the App.

5.2 You acknowledge and agree that Fast Cleaner has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the App.

6. Termination

6.1 This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Fast Cleaner.

6.2 Fast Cleaner may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

6.3 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fast Cleaner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Severability

10.1 If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in full force and effect.
