1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us directly, such as by email for support or feedback.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Application data. If you use our application(s), we may request access to certain device features so the app can function:

This information is primarily needed to operate the app, improve the user experience, and troubleshoot issues. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected. We collect only limited technical and usage information necessary to understand app performance and screen-level product usage.

This information does not include the contents of your photo library, screenshots, videos, contacts, or the results of on-device junk classification. It may include basic app diagnostic information such as app version, device type, operating system version, crash data, and screen event metadata.

The information we collect may include:

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process limited information to provide, maintain, improve, and secure our Services, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Specifically, we use Firebase Analytics for screen event analytics and related diagnostic data to understand product usage, improve app flows, fix crashes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall app experience.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On To Process Your Personal Information?

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, such as with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to pursue our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the app.

If you are located in the EU or UK, we may rely on consent, legal obligations, or vital interests. If you are located in Canada, we may rely on express or implied consent and, in some exceptional cases, other grounds permitted by law.

4. When And With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos, screenshots, videos, contacts, or on-device junk classification results with third parties.

The only third-party service described in this privacy notice is Firebase Analytics, which we use for limited screen-view analytics and related app diagnostics. We do not use any third-party service to process your photos, videos, contacts, or on-device classification output.

Outside of Firebase Analytics and any disclosure required by law, we do not share personal information with external parties.

5. What Is Our Stance On Third-Party Websites?

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from our Services. Any information you provide directly to those third parties is governed by their own policies.

6. Do We Use Cookies And Other Tracking Technologies?

Our mobile app does not use cookies. The only analytics tool we use is Firebase Analytics, and its use is limited to app performance measurement, related diagnostics, and screen event measurement to help us improve the app experience.

We do not use your photos, screenshots, videos, contacts, or on-device junk classifications for advertising profiling.

7. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?

Fast Cleaner offers features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies. Junk detection and classification are performed on-device, which means your content is processed locally on your device rather than being uploaded to our servers for analysis.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep limited analytics, diagnostic, and support-related information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice or as required by law. Because junk detection and classification are performed on-device, that content analysis remains on your device unless you choose to contact us and share information directly.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the limited personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your photos, videos, contacts, and on-device cleanup analysis are kept on your device and are not sent to us or to Firebase Analytics.

10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

These may include the right to request access, obtain a copy of your personal information, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to certain processing. If we rely on consent, you may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at tshank30@gmail.com.

11. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law.

We have not sold your personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell your photos, screenshots, videos, contacts, or on-device junk classification results.

We also do not share those types of content with third parties. The only third-party analytics processing described in this notice is limited screen-event and diagnostic information handled through Firebase Analytics.

To exercise these rights, you can contact us by submitting a data subject access request, by emailing us at tshank30@gmail.com, or by referring to the contact details below.

13. Do Other Regions Have Specific Privacy Rights?
